Gregory A. Dale, Ph.D. is a Professor of Sport Psychology and Sport Ethics at Duke University. He is also Director of the Sport Psychology and Leadership Programs for Duke Athletics. In addition to his work with Duke athletes and coaches, Greg consults with numerous college and professional athletes and provides interactive and engaging workshops for coaches, parents and student-athletes at the middle and high school levels. Greg has also provided teambuilding, performance and leadership programming for organizations and corporations around the world including IBM, VF Corporation, COACH, The World Bank, Airports Council International, Habitat for Humanity International, Pfizer, Northwestern Mutual, and Skanska International. He has written four books related to leadership and performance. In addition, he has written scripts and served as the “expert” on a series of thirteen videos on leadership, performance and parenting. Greg has been featured on Good Morning America, ESPN, MSNBC and numerous national radio programs.

Lynn just could not get enough of the attendee's and the IAAAC. Citing her experience in Bangkok last October as "the best professional conference she has ever attended," Lynn will be returning in 2017 with her new professional company Equilibria, Lynn served as the National Outreach Director for Play Like a Champion Today at Notre Dame University and has 40+ years of experience in youth, high school, college, and professional sports. Lynn was an All-American Water Polo Player and Swimmer at University and received her BS and MS Degrees. She was also a 12-year member of the United States National Water Polo team and then served on their Executive Committee. Lynn held various coaching positions as the head coach for the Men's and Women's Water Polo and Swim teams. Lynn served as the athletic director at Saint Mary’s College for 10 years and moved on to become the Vice President and General Manager of the South Bend Silver Hawks Minor League Baseball Team.
