Message from Keynote - Lynn Kac

Greetings To All Who Attended IAAAC
I am sure I have missed some attendees and maybe doubled up on a few but I wanted to get a short message off to everyone. I hope you traveled home safely and those who stayed are enjoying your time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your fantastic welcome and openness to having me at IAAAC with each of you. This was a very powerful conference on multiple levels for me. The world of International Education was opened up to me in such I way that I did not understand prior to coming to Bangkok. I was met by a group of intelligent men and women at the highest level of integrity, passion and commitment to their roles as educators, athletic directors, PE teachers, coaches and leaders. Your love for your schools and international education filled me with energy and endless questions about your lives and those of all of the children you are so privileged to work with.
I am so sorry that I did not get to share my closing message with all of you. I believe at that point, I was suffering from heat exhaustion which is odd since I was drinking water constantly but just did not stay on top of my dehydration. I gave it a great try as how many keynote speakers have you ever seen holding a trashcan knowing what was about to happen but still wanted to go on?
What I wanted to share with you is how powerful meeting all of you has been for me. You fired me up to do a better job as I continue to work with coaches around the world. Our shared passion for providing the most positive environment for all of the our children is what drives me each and every day. I learned so much from each of you as individuals and collectively as a group of international educators.
There is an energy that each of you carry that I have never seen at any other conference. There is a shared love and respect for everyone that I wish I saw everywhere I travel but I do not. You gave me far more that I was able to give to you. I am home and still trying to wrap my head around this powerful conference and the impact it continues to have on me.
I will be adding more things to the box in the coming days but please do not hesitate to reach out to me if I can continue to be of any assistance to you. You have made a friend for life so no question is to big or to small to ask.
If you have any interest in knowing more about our program or how we can partner together, please let me know and I will send you detailed information about all.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your friendship and what you continue to offer our children around the world!
