Jeannette Stawski brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in outdoor education, athletics, and nonprofit management. With her signature blend of sharp humor, genuine emotion, and lived experience, Jeannette connects with diverse audiences—leaving them feeling valued, inspired, and empowered.

Jeannette is the founder of Leading Valiantly, a leadership development company focused on coaching and facilitating high-performing individuals and teams. Her experience spans competitive athletics, university outdoor programs, corporate leadership, and international keynote speaking.

She currently serves as the Senior Assistant Director of Adventure Leadership Programs & Sustainability at the University of Michigan, following 14 impactful years as Executive Director of the Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education (AORE).
