About the Call for Presenters

Are you ready to inspire the next generation of leaders in school athletics and activities?
The IAAAC Conference is seeking passionate professionals to lead Workshops, job-alike sessions, and Roundtable Discussions for our attendees, including athletic directors, coaches, PE teachers, aquatics specialists, and outdoor educators.
Presenting at IAAAC is an incredible opportunity to:

What We’re Looking For
We welcome session proposals that align with one or more of the following strands:
  • Coaching & Athlete Development
  • Leadership & Organizational Culture
  • Inclusion & Equity in Sports
  • Health & Wellness in Athletics
  • Sport-Specific Coaching Strategies
  • Technology in Sports & Education
  • Professional Development & Networking
  • Experiential Learning in Sports Education

Session Types
  • Workshops: Hands-on, practical sessions where participants leave with actionable strategies or skills.
  • Job-A-Like Sessions: Peer-led discussions for professionals in similar roles to exchange ideas and challenges.
  • Roundtable Discussions: Facilitated conversations exploring broad topics with diverse perspectives.

Presenter Requirements
  • Presenters must register for the conference and attend a pre-conference virtual meeting in April 2026.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and presenters may be contacted to provide additional details about their sessions.

Important Dates
  • Submission Deadline: Friday, January 31, 2026.
  • Notification of Acceptance: Rolling basis – early submissions are encouraged.

Submission Guidelines
​To submit your session, you will need to provide:
  1. Session Title: A concise and engaging title for your workshop.
  2. Session Type: Indicate whether your proposal is for a Workshop, Job-A-Like, or Roundtable.
  3. Description: A brief overview of your session (100–200 words).
  4. Presenter Biography: Highlight your relevant experience and expertise in 3–5 sentences.
  5. Facilities Requirements: Let us know if your session requires specific equipment or setup.
  6. Picture of yourself
