Annie Constantinides - Chief Editor IAAAC Magazine

Annie Constantinides has been working at ACS Athens since 1986 as a Physical Education teacher and for the past 16 years is the Director of Athletics. She earned a BA in Physical Education and French Language and an MA in Exercise Physiology from McGill University, Canada. She has received a M.Sc in Sport Management through University of Louisville and an MBA through University of Indianapolis. Annie has been involved in the professional sport scene, as a national and international athlete and as a sport manager in a number of global events: Olympic Games (Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008), World Special Olympic Games (Athens 2011, Los Angeles, 2015) and other. Annie is a recipient of a number of awards, including the "Women and Sport Achievement Diploma" by the International Olympic Committee. In the past decade, Ms. Constantinides has visited a number of higher education institutions in the United States as part of her work in creating opportunities for international student athletes and made presentations to professional conferences.
Lynn Kachmarik - Board of Governors, Member at Large

Lynn serves as the National Outreach Director for Play Like a Champion Today, University of Notre Dame. Lynn’s role is to grow the IAAAC partnerships around the USA and Internationally. Lynn has 40+ years of experience in youth, high school, college, and professional sports. Lynn was an All-American Water Polo Player and Swimmer at Slippery Rock University where she received her BS and MS Degrees. She was also a 12-year member of the United States National Water Polo team and then served on their Executive Committee. Throughout an 18 year career at Bucknell University, Lynn held various coaching positions as the head coach for the Men's and Women's Water Polo and Swim teams. Lynn served as the athletic director at Saint Mary’s College for 10 years and moved on to become the Vice President and General Manager of the South Bend Silver Hawks Minor League Baseball Team.
Jason Baseden - Chief Marketing Officer

Jason Baseden is the Athletic Director at Peddie School in New Jersey. He recently spent six years at the International School of Brussels, Belgium. Jason earned his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in New York where he was a two-time team captain of the track & field team. He is currently earning his Masters in Athletic Administration from Ohio University. Prior to his current position as Athletic Director, Jason co-founded Capital Star Camps and coached basketball and track & field at the American School of Paris. Jason has a professional background in sales & marketing as he worked for Universal Television and the Discovery Channel for a number of years before making a career change to the educational sector. A three-sport athlete in high school, Jason is passionate about the benefits participation in spots can provide to youth. He is constantly looking to find ways to include all students in the ISB sports program. Jason lives in Hightstown, New Jersey with his wife Katie who is a middle school Special Education teacher.

Catherine Tanco-Ong - East Asia
Catherine Tanco-Ong, fondly known as Kat, is currently the Director for Student Activities at Brent International School Manila in the Philippines. She has been an AD for a relatively short time of 3 years. Prior to that, Kat had a professional back round in broadcasting having worked for a local TV station for 12 years. Kat is passionate about coaching and still coaches’ volleyball and softball despite her busy AD schedule. She also continues to live an active life, playing competitive volleyball and golf.

Joe Toler

Joe Toler is currently the Athletic Director and PHE Subject Area Leader at the International School of Uganda and is a contributing member and advisor to IAAAC. Joe has held various leadership and coaching positions during his career that has taken him from the USA to Korea, to Russia, Lebanon, and now Uganda. He is passionate about developing pathways for all students to have access to sport and extension activities believing in a holistic approach to international education.
